Am I qualified to get a Plus card

As soon as you make a purchase of #3,000 and above,

you will be qualified to register for a plus card.,

How do i register for the Plus card?

You can grab a registration form in any of our stores at the customer service desk.

Just fill out the required information and submit the form to the customer service assistant.

How do I earn Plus money?

You can earn plus money, when you make a purchase in the store.

Where can I use the Plus card?

The plus card can only be used in Roban stores. Click on Store finder to see locations

Why do i need to present a valid identification to redeem Plus money?

This will be used to identify the card holder and also for security reasons like card theft, stolen identity.

Can i have more than one card for the same account?

No, every member is entitled to one card.

What do I get when i join Roban Plus?

You will get a welcome pack containing a personalized plastic Roban Plus card. It takes 3-5 working days for your card to arrive.

As soon as it arrives you can start earning plus points in store.

How do I amend my account details?

Call customer service team on 08175449590 and they will update everything for you.

Can I swap Plus points for cash?

No, plus points cannot be swapped for cash. Plus money can only be used to make purchase.

Why do you need my personal details?

We need your personal details to set up an account for you and personalize your Roban Plus card

How do I check the balance on my card?

At the Till: Whenever you swipe after a purchase, the till receipts will display your balance at the bottom right corner.

At the customer service desk: The customer service assistant can check your balance for you

Over the phone: to check your balance you can call the customer service team on: 08175449590.

Can I get a replacement card if my card is damaged?

Yes you can. You can either visit or Call our customer service team on 08175449590 and they will be able to arrange a card for you,

but you will be charged a fee of 975 naira only during collection. However if you have made a purchase above 3000 naira you will be issued a new card.

Can i get a replacement if my card is stolen?

Yes you can. You can either visit or Call our customer service team on 08175449590 and they will be able to arrange a card for you,

but you will be charged a fee of 585 naira only during collection. However if you have made a purchase above 3000 naira you will be issued a new card.
